To the best of the Cute Critters Bulldogs (Sellers) knowledge, this Bulldog is in good health, and has been properly wormed and immunized according to schedule. The Buyer has the option to have such Bulldog examined by his/her own Veterinarian within 48 hours from the time of possession. If the Buyers Veterinarian finds the Bulldog not to be in good health, as so stated in this guarantee, it shall be so stated, by the Buyer in writing and the Seller be notified within 24 hours. The Seller has the right to have the dog reexamined by his/her own Veterinarian at the Sellers expense, excluding transportation cost. If the diagnosis is confirmed by same, Seller will retain possession of the Bulldog, and if Buyer so chooses, a full refund or credit towards another Bulldog will be given.
The Seller guarantees this Bulldog, as previously stated, to be free of life-threatening genetic conditions, and that if any such condition has been found and proven, in writing by a licensed Veterinarian and substantiated by x-rays and or by lab tests and or by lab tests and is confirmed by the Sellers Veterinarian. The puppy may be returned to the Seller for a refund of the original price or credit given towards another puppy of equal value. Breed related, correctable/treatable, minor conditions or any condition that the puppy will more than likely outgrow, or that can be treated by a licensed Veterinarian, are not covered by this guarantee. The Buyer is responsible for all vet bills, and transportation costs incurred prior to the return of such Bulldog as stated. This guarantee is in effect until the Bulldog reaches six months of age. This is sufficient time for any conditions to be detected by the new family.
Our commitment at Cute Critters Bulldogs is to provide the up most care for our dogs and puppies. We help ensure that new families (buyers) will be receiving sound, healthy puppies. It should be noted, however that the buyer understands that due to the nature of the Breed, Bulldogs are predisposed to certain medical and skeletal anomalies and this Bulldog may have one or more of these conditions during his/her lifetime. The Buyer is urged to research the Breed and be familiar with all the different health issues that could affect their Bulldog.
It is to be understood; the new family (Buyer) agrees to provide good care and a loving environment. This dog is guaranteed only for the purpose of being a wonderful companion and a loving pet. Spaying or neutering is strongly recommended and no warranty is given for any function or special purpose of this dog. It is further understood and agreed upon that no representation or guarantee has been made with respect to the above-described puppy, except as set forth in this written agreement.
